What is the store's exchange and return policy?

REFUNDS/EXCHANGE (Delivery)

An exchange or refund can be issued if the buyer contacts me (Click here) within 48 hours of delivery of the product.  The buyer must return the item prior to receiving refund.  Item must be returned within 7 days in "new", "unaltered" and "unused condition" (not showing signs or use or damage in any way, label, lid, embellishments, etc. untouched or damaged).

Returned item must be in the same condition, along with all attachments, embellishments, add-ons, etc, as it was shipped to the buyer in order to receive refund.  Buyer is responsible for shipping cost.  Refund will be less the shipping cost.  Any item returned without formally communicating through email or phone will not be honored. 

 April Diamond Collection is not responsible for any packages that show to be "Delivered" via USPS or other carrier but recipient or buyer cannot account for the item.  If this happens please contact the carrier that was responsible for delivery.  ADC is not responsible for damaged wax items being delivered and left out in the elements. During warmer months, wax items will be mailed with a cool pack inside to ensure wax products remain intact.  During warmer months I will only ship on Mondays- Wednesday (depending on shipping option) to ensure product wont sit in carriers warehouse for several days at a time before delivery. If you have to return back to ADC during warmer months please be mindful of the same policy to ensure products are not damaged to guarantee your refund.

LOCAL ORDERS OR IN- PERSON TRANSACTIONS

For in person transactions, you may return your wax items within 48 hours from purchase date for a refund or exchange.  Contact me (Click here) to arrange in-person cash refund, if that was your original method of payment.  If you originally paid cash, you may choose to be refunded through Paypal or  by cash in person.  You will be refunded with the same method of payment. There will be no transfers.

Returned item must be in the same "new and unused" condition, along with all attachments, embellishments, add-ons, labels, lids etc, as it was sold in order to receive refund. 

Local pickup for orders will be in the Parking Lot of Publix at the corner of Ashley Phosphate and Dorchester Rd. in North Charleston, SC., or at another discussed location.
